Add a Teams Link to an Existing Outlook Meeting . 1. Open Outlook 2. Go to your calendar and select your meeting . 3. Click on “Teams Meeting”. 4. A link will be added to the meeting notes. 5. Click “Send Update”.
To use it click on the 'Add to calendar' button below and save the calendar file. Then follow the instructions for your calendar programme. If you make changes to your booking after adding to your calendar you will need to delete the old entries from your calendar.
